I’ve long dreamed of Scotland, castles and Highland Lairds. It only seemed natural that one day I would start writing about them. My great love of Scotland shows in every one of my stories either by the beautiful countryside being the backdrop or with Scottish tones interspersed throughout the story. I love historical settings, especially the medieval time period. Though, I must admit my surprise that the story that burst forward for me to write wasn’t a Historical at all, but a Single Title Contemporary. Nevertheless, it’s my first finished manuscript and definitely my baby.

I’ve also been playing around with the idea of writing Paranormal. I love the genre and have a few ideas. I just need to work on them a bit more. I’ve been a member of Romance Writers of America for six years and am the current president of the Celtic Hearts Romance Chapter. I’m also a member of the Hearts Through History and Passionate Ink chapters. In April of this year I reached my goal of becoming a PRO member. |
